Inspiration, Love and Action Sheila and Eric Samson

Like the biblical Samson before them, Sheila and Eric have been a unique source of strength and support for Israel and the Jewish people. For more than twenty years, they have shared love, commitment and concern with unparalleled generosity. Their philanthropy has facilitated major multifaceted, national efforts through Keren Hayesod United Israel Appeal (UIA), Israel’s worldwide fundraising organization.

When they heard about the opening of a new hospital to address the needs of the underserved residents of Ashdod and the surrounding region, the Samsons welcomed the opportunity to share in the groundbreaking project. Their gift to the state-of-the-art facility that now bears their name has dramatically changed the face of health care in Israel.

Samson Assuta Ashdod Hospital is deeply grateful to its namesake patrons. The reach of their generosity is immeasurable, and their devotion to the ideals of chesed and healing will have a profound and lasting impact on Israel and the entire Jewish nation.
